2/3 of a Year With Miss Anna

We have been staying inside a great deal this week and our little lady is loving it... She is cruising around like crazy. We are nearly on the point of baby gates. She went from sitting happily on her bottom to pulling out lamp cords and outlet covers within days. She just started crawling like crazy the last week or so and sometimes throws in this half bear crawl when her little knees get to tired, it is hilarious!
She has started mimicking our babbling. She will repeat "Dada" the most (and first) and if I say "Say Mama!" she says "Nana!!" agh... she will yell "DADAMAMANANA!!" if she wants something so I think she is just sure if she is babbling really loud she gets lots of attention, it works most of the time :)
She has had a hard time adjusting to her brothers new preschool schedule and can sometimes have some rough naps in the car but has suddenly taken to sleeping all night. We didnt even need to "cry it out" it was more of not going in and getting her right away and she would just go back to sleep (thank you for the advice Aunt Jania) She sleeps from 7:00 pm to around 5 or 6:00 am every night without a peep.
I love our morning routine. Annie gets up so early that her Daddy gets her, feeds her and plays with her in the bathroom while he gets ready for work until around 7 when her brother wakes up. This gives me lots of time to rest in the morning and listen to him talk to her in the bathroom, it is so sweet!
We eat a ton around here. Her favorites are sweet potatoes, black beans, carrots, brocolli and bananas all pureed to moosh, mixed with oatmeal. She has never liked a bottle since I quit breastfeeding but she is eating a ton now but mostly from her sweet highchair with her mouth gaping open yelling for some more pureed food.
She is just the sweetest little thing in the world. I sometimes see her little tooshy crawling as fast as she can away from me giggling and think "how the hell did I get so lucky?!" She is darling and completes out little family around here. Now that Bennett has been growing more into "little boy" mode it makes me so excited to see what she will be like as a preschooler, but it goes way too fast and I will be happy to be patient.
