So we have spent a fun and eventful week in Wenatchee. We stayed from Saturday the 7th until Sunday the 15th. I ran on the waterfront with the kiddos in the morning and then spent most of the afternoons in the shade with the kids (hiding from mosquitoes), snacking, playing in the kids new sprinkle purple pool, riding bikes, going on boat rides, even sneaking in a bit of wine drinking and loving every second in our new trailer.
Sadly on Friday morning very early I woke up with a stomach bug... and before dawn I knew that it had hit the whole camp, Grandma Grandpa Katie Jeanie Kip etc. .. everyone had it. Lets just say it was no fun in the trailer sick with the kids... but thankfully it was a one day flu and by the time we set sail for Lake Chelan State Park on Sunday the 15th we were mostly on the mend. Nothing about 13 days of fun in the sun to fix an aching belly.
